Jonathan is a second-generation loan officer, with over 25 years of experience in banking and finance with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management) from California Baptist University. Jon has often been praised for his ability to educate first-time homebuyers in both the home-buying and the lending process. He greatly enjoys working with clients to help them identify ways to best prepare them to qualify for homeownership.

Bilingual and with a heart for underserved communities (and following in the footsteps of his father), Jon has found himself regularly assisting the Hispanic, and Spanish-speaking population, and now also helping find solutions for those seeking manufactured and mobile home financing. He is excited to work closely as a team with his wife, Scarleth, who is a local realtor, to provide the best service to their clients and business partners. Jonathan’s strong communication skills and dedication to follow-up have enabled him to earn the confidence of many Southern California realtors and their clients.

As a 35-year Yucaipa resident, a father of four, and an avid baseball fan, he enjoys giving back to his hometown as a little league coach and serving in his church. He loves the mountains and cold, rainy weather and finds himself often admiring God’s creative beauty in surrounding nature. His goal is to see everyone he encounters through God’s eyes and to treat them in a way that demonstrates his love for them.
